You can delete your Josh & John’s app account at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Josh & John’s Ice Cream app.
- Tap your initials at the top right (the Account screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email app@joshandjohns.com from any address and write “Delete my account” with the phone number on your account. We will confirm it is you by texting a code to that number, and we will delete your account within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
Your app account and the information saved in the app (such as your name, email address, birthday and notification settings).
What stays
Your rewards punches, free scoops and balances belong to your phone number at our shops, so they are not erased when you delete the app account. You can still give your number at the counter. If you want that information deleted too, tell us in your email and we will delete it, which also removes any punches, free scoops and balances. Records we must keep for tax or payment reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
