Sourcing Ingredients
At Josh & John’s, we’re committed to local sourcing and clean, high-quality ingredients. Our cream comes from a nearby dairy that crafts a proprietary, clean-label ice cream blend just for us — and their distribution center is just 200 yards from our Churn Barn. We sweeten exclusively with pure sugar and never use eggs, preservatives, corn syrup, or carrageenan— only the good stuff.

Sustainability
At Josh & John’s, we recognize the importance of conserving Colorado’s precious water resources. That’s why we package all our ice cream — including our 3-gallon tubs — in fully disposable, single-use containers that eliminate the need for water-intensive cleaning. By minimizing water usage in our operations, we’re taking small but meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future in the Mountain West..

Food Safety
At Josh & John’s, food safety is a top priority. We follow strict HACCP protocols and operate under the oversight of the Colorado Department of Health, a division of the FDA. Our master-churners complete an intensive dairy food safety course through the University of North Carolina to ensure the highest standards in every batch.. i
