Please rate how well the counters, prep areas, registers, sink, fudge and caramel, sprinkles, untensils, and pull station (on top of diptank)
Is the glass and stainless steel clean? Have the tubs been scraped? Has fallen Ice Cram been removed?
Has all trash been cleared? There shouldn't be anything in any trashcans aside from new bags!
Was the lobby area cleaned well? No trash/debris on the floor, no straks on tables, water fountain is clean!
How well is the GnG station stocked? Is the kiosk clean? Are all items in the fridge clean? is the glass on the freezer clean?
Does it look presentable? Is there any trash or debris?
Does it look presentable? Is there any trash or ice cream drippings that look like it was left from the night before?
